SuPHP Settings

Overview

If suPHP is enabled on your server, these settings must be changed. Softaculous is instructed to set the proper permissions for writable files and folders.

Change the CHMOD Files to 0644 and the CHMOD Directories to 0755 (as shown in the figure), then click edit settings.

Config File Settings

Set the CHMOD config files to the permission you want to set if you’re using suPHP and want CONFIG files to be more secure. For example, 0600 will make it only readable by the user and no one else.
