We’ll look at how to edit posts in WordPress in this post.
The steps to edit posts in WordPress are as follows.
Step (1) − Click on Posts → All Posts in WordPress.
Step (2) – Go to Post1 and look at it (Post1 was created in the post WordPress – Add Posts). When the cursor hovers over a post, a menu of options appears below the name of the post. Edit and Quick Edit are the two options for editing the post.
Edit − Click on Edit option in Post1 as shown in the following screen.
You can update or change the post’s content or title as needed, and then click the Update button, as shown in the next screen.
Quick Edit − Click on Quick Edit option in Post1 as shown in the following screenshot.
As shown in the following screenshot, you can edit the post’s title, slug, and date, as well as select the categories for your post, and then click the Update button to confirm your changes.
